RETURN

At NoMoreDe, shipping takes place within 3 to 7 working days from the order date. For any queries, reach out to us at info@nomorede.com

SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

For shipping within India, we offer free shipping above a certain amount when the order is prepaid via debit or credit cards or online transfers. For Cash-on-delivery orders, the shipping charges are according to point-to-point shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international shipping orders, once you feed in the complete address, you will be able to see auto-generated shipping fees, depending on the address as well as the quantity of the order.

ORDER COMMUNICATION

You'll be notified about your order at two stages:

  • An order confirmation email once you place the order
  • A shipment email once the order has been dispatched. Order can be tracked via a tracking code provided to you.

ORDER CANCELLATION

In case you wish to cancel your order, write to us at info@nomorede.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

REFUND

Refunds are done in case the products are damaged or do not meet the standards or if the items are missing. In such cases, the amount is refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation.

RETURN

It is crucial to notify NoMoreDe about the return of the product within 1 day of receiving the order with your intent of exchange. Once the email is received, we accept returns within 10 days. Any cost pertaining to the exchanges has to be borne by the customers.

The team of NoMoreDe holds the right to not accept returns if the customer uses or damages the product.
